By accessing and using Altigen Academy (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscriptions

Altigen Academy offers individual and organization subscription plans. All new subscriptions include a 5-day free trial. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged according to your selected plan.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share account credentials, redistribute course content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store payment card details; all transactions are processed securely through our billing partner.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
